A tailored approach

I will do all the assessment and planning for you; the only requirement you will need is motivation. We will work together on your present to make you flourish in the future. The gastronome Anthelme Brillat-Savarin once said: "You are what you eat." In order to change our habits, we need to understand why it is important to modify our lifestyle. When we are talking about nutrition, it is even more important to make sure we are putting the best food in our plate.

The number of consultations will depend upon your individual circumstances. Clients who were interested in weight loss and have followed my advice have lost up to 4kg per month; it is truly up to you to decide when you have reached your goals. The maximum lenght of time we will be working together is approximately six months, with a first consultation followed by appointments every 4-6 weeks. 

Important: I will offer you support throughout your journey to a better diet and lifestyle, by being available to reply to instant messages at any point between consultations.

Costs vary according to the appointment type. When you first contact me, I will explain how the appointment system and fees work. 

I offer:

  • 1-hour appointments (face-to-face), for our first consultation. I need to see you in person, in order to weigh you and make a tailored plan.
  • Review appointments (face-to-face, or over Skype): to check on progress, make small adjustments, and give you a boost of confidence and motivation.
  • Change of nutritional plan: this generally happens at around the third appointment, after you have requested a change of diet. I will explain the new plan to you and we will discuss how to make it work.
  • Dietary analysis and report.

I also offer consultations over the weekend, both on Saturdays and Sundays.
