You will need:

50 gr whites eggs

50 gr wholegrain flour

50 gr milk (try to use coconut or almond milk to add taste)

1 pinch of backing powder

50 gr coconut yogurt or natural Skyr yogurt and then add 1 teaspoon of jam if you like

desiccated coconut and or cocoa powder

Time:

10 minutes plus 3 hours rest time

Preparation:

Mix flour, egg whites and milk in a bowl, add the backing powder. Add the compost in a hot pan, cook like if you are cooking a pancake.

When cooked, leave it to cool down, then add in a blender and make it like a crumble, then mix it with the yogurt. Form small balls and roll them into the cocoa powder or into the desiccated coconut (or both!)

Put them in the fridge for 3 hours.

Enjoy!
