This is a great recipe: easy to make, well balanced, and yummy too.
You will need:

50 mins (10 mins preparation + 40 mins in the oven)
Method:
Place 1 tbs of green pesto in a pan, place the chicken breast on it, and top it with another tbs of pesto. Add the tomato slices and the mozzarella cheese. Cook in the oven for 40min at 160˚C.
If you want to reduce calories further:
Bake in a tray directly on baking paper, put just 1tbs of pesto on top of it, and use only 1 slice of mozzarella cheese (20gr). You can replace the chicken with turkey breast for a lighter (i.e. less fat!) option.
