Today my recipe is: ***Cauliflower "fillet"***

What do you need: 

1 cauliflower

Grated parmesan cheese

Breadcrumbs

Garlic powder and parsley


Time

10min preparation and 30-40mins cooking in the oven

Preparation

Wash your cauliflower, cut in slices 2cm thick, cover with grated parmesan, breadcrums, parsley and garlic and put in the oven for 30-40mins at 160C. It is a different way of eating cauliflower and it looks like a vegetarian chicken fillet :)
