Another great recipe, fish-based this time!

You will need:

  • 150gr salmon (fresh or frozen)
  • 80gr whole wheat cous cous
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 pepper
  • a pinch of salt

Time:

30 minutes

Preparation:

Steam the salmon for 5 minutes or until is well-done.

In the meantime, wash and slice the pepper, then cook it in one tablespoon of olive oil, adding water when necessary. You can add your favourite spices here: paprika, parsley and black pepper are the ones I have used in my version of this recipe. When the pepper is soft, add the cous cous and stir; then add one glass of water, switch the heating off and leave the cous cous in the pan covered with a lid for 10 minutes. Adjust with salt.

Place the cous cous in your plate, then the salmon on top of it. If you like, you can add some lemon juice on top of your salmon.

Enjoy your meal! And book an appointment with me for more recipes and advice.
