What do you need:

-Two peppers 🌶🌶
-2 cans of tuna in brine or spring water
-1 egg🥚
-40gr stale bread🍞
-capers

Preparation:

Wash the peppers and halve them, remove the seeds.
In a bowl add the egg, tuna, capers, the bread (previously soaked in water). Salt and peppers to taste.
Mix all together and the stuff the peppers.
Optional olive oil on top and in the oven for 30 min 180°C

Alternatives: you can use meat instead of tuna, just bread and eggs or cous cous instead of bread.

They can be eaten hot or cold.
