What do you need:

300 gr broccoli florets
1 red pepper (or cherry tomatoes or carrots)
1 peeled apple
30 gr walnuts or pine nuts
20 gr extra virgin olive oil
5 gr wholegrain mustard
5 gr honey
15 gr apple cider
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

10 minutes

Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend for few seconds
Et voila' your super food salad is ready to be shared
