Preparation:
Cook the onion, with olive oil and cherry tomatoes in halves, then add the courgette in small pieces (1-1.5 cm) and the basil, cook for 15 minutes with the lid on.
When all soft, uncover and let it cool down.
Add the eggs and 30 gr of parmesan cheese, mix it together and then put in a terrine with a little bit on breadcrumbs as a base to avoid the pie to stick to the base of the terrine, then the oven at 180 C for 30 minutes.
This is for 3 people and it gives <100kcal per portion. You can have it with some cereal or with a big salad.
