What you need:
150gr walnut
150gr dark chocolate, I have used 85%
100gr Brown sugar
4 eggs
Time
10mins preparation and 40mins cooking
Preparation
Beat the white of the eggs with a pinch of salt, until foamy like snow.
In the mixer add walnut and chocolate, when all crumbled add the eggs yolk and the sugar.
Place in a tin, layer up and in the oven at 180C for 30 mins. When cooked remove from the oven and place outside to cool down.
